The Platinum Plus Series is on the top end of the Browning safes that we carry. It builds onto the success of the madallion series with a wood style interior, 7 Gauge Steel, and an even better fire rating at 120 Minutes at 1750 degrees and 24 Active Bolts. These safes are not to be messed with.

Though the PP49 Wide is the smallest safe in the Platinum Plus line, this wide model features a cavernous interior that securely houses up to 49 long guns. Top-level security and fire protection features have been put in place to protect the safe's contents from calamity. The PP49 is a wider safe shape, more like a bureau instead of the more common "boxy" refrigerator like dimensions in other safes (27" exterior depth), allowing you to place the safe in any number of locations in your house without blocking off interior space. The PP49 also has a shorter height, allowing it to be stored under shelves or in a closet if need be.
